- December 10 Christmas Party: A number of Yale
Club members attended a Young Alumni Christmas Party, hosted by the
American Cathedral in Paris.
- November 25 Thanksgiving Dinner: While Yale Club
does not directly organize a Thanksgiving dinner, we offer our members the
chance to participate in turkey day festivities organized by two prominent
American expatriate groups, France
Amériques and the American
University Clubs of France.
- November 2 Election Night: A number of our
members attended a non-partisan, all-night election event.
- October 8 Dinner with the Yale Club: Another
resounding success in our “Dinner with the Yale Club” series. We were honored
to welcome special guest speaker Steve L. Kaplan (PhD, ‘69), an expert on
French bread and author of the books

and
Le retour du bon pain.
- October 3 College Fair: We participated in a College Fair in Paris
in order to speak with prospective applicants to Yale College for September 2005 (Class of
2009), sending our ASC reps to help Ms. Diana Cooke from the Office of
Undergraduate Admissions in New Haven.
